Had family over for Easter dinner and our dishwasher decided to up and die. Called Silverback not expecting much. They sent out a repairman the next day. Then, bad news, it can't be repaired. Again, I expected the assistance to stop there. Nope. They offered to refund us a certain amount or an RC Willey voucher towards a new dishwasher! They went above and beyond getting the paperwork done and sent out so we could wash dishes again quickly! Excellent service, definitely what you would hope a home warranty would do for you.
