SilverBack Home Warranty provides limited coverage on items in the home while actively listed on the MLS to protect the sellers from unexpected breakdowns. This coverage requires no upfront cost to the seller and helps provide home protection while the property is being sold.

A Home Warranty can also protect the parties involved in the Real Estate Transaction; the Sellers, the Agents and Brokers.

Listing Coverage is offered to home sellers in full faith that sellers will purchase a home warranty for the buyer of their home at the close of sale.

Each claim filed during the lisitng period will be suject to a $75 Service Call Fee and a $1,500 blanket limit for covered systems and appliances. All other contract exclusions and limitions still apply.
